Technical assessments

We review your live DDL exports, ER sketches, and application touchpoints. The output is a written report covering integrity gaps, indexing blind spots, and migration sequencing options. Assessments suit teams preparing a major version upgrade or consolidating duplicate schemas after a merger.

Advisory sessions

Book working time for specific decisions: whether to denormalise for reporting, how to version breaking column changes, or how to stage blue/green cut-overs. Sessions are remote by default; Western Cape on-site time can be arranged when travel is agreed in the proposal.

Scoped implementation engagements

When you need more than advice, we deliver bounded artefacts — migration scripts with idempotency notes, validation SQL packs, or reference models in your chosen dialect. Milestones, acceptance criteria, and fees are fixed in writing before work starts.
